The market is reporting that Samsung is going to use Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X in its new Samsung Galaxy S25 which will come with a 6.2-inch 120Hz refresh rate display, feature HDR10+ and 1080 x 2340 pixels which will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2.
System :
The Samsung Galaxy S25 will be powered by the Qualcomm SM8750-AB Snapdragon 8 Elite (3 nm) which will receive full Android 15 and 7 major updates, which will be called ONE UI 7. The core unit of the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip is Octa-core (2×4.32 GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix L + 6×3.53 GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix M) and the graphic unit is Adreno 830 which is good.

It is speculated that the Samsung Galaxy S25 may be offered in 3 storage options: 128GB 12GB RAM, 256GB 12GB RAM, 512GB 12GB RAM, and UFS 4.0 will be provided for file transfer from Samsung to Samsung or from Samsung to other smartphones.
